Abi Vs Muñekita 0 - 1

Tras todo el mes sin podernos acercar a las rocas, tras ver la predicción del tiempo y el viendo predominante siendo Sur, sabemos que las olas que se prevén son mas pequeñas de lo  que nos dicen, por lo que estimamos oportuno irnos al pedrero a lanzar un poquito.

Decidí montar un vinilo que utilizo habitualmente, pero las capturas rondaban los 200, 300gr por lo que por curiosidad, monté de nuevo el que había partido anterior mente con la sorpresa de que logré algunas capturas de pequeño tamaño, real mente me sorprendió, ya que la acción no era la misma ni de asomo.

Se presenta una noche fria y lluviosa, la verdad que tras un largo dia de trabajo el tiempo no me anima ni lo mas minimo para hacer una de mis saliditas nocturnas por lo que empiezo a revolver entre los trastos de pesca y me encuentro con unos paquetes de Super X-Layer que almenos llevan guardados unos 5 años.

Nada mas abrir el primer paquete, enseguida me llega ese aroma anisado tan caracteristico de este señuelo el cual dicen que les encanta a las lubinas ( yo siendo una seguro que picaría ) y tras comprobar de que están en buen estado me dispongo a colocarles unas cabezas plomadas, mas concretamente unas Carolina Fixe de 8.5gr y unas Gobix de 6gr.

A la siguiente noche, meto un par en mi cajita de señuelos y se vienen de pesca, pero nada mas llegar al primer punto, los dejo olvidados en la caja y pongo los que habitualmente utilizo. Las capturas van llegando, pequeñas lubinetas de entre 200/400gr que acto seguido vuelven al agua pero entonces, recuerdo que tengo unos X-Layer en la caja y decido probarlos.

Tras el primer lance, veo que mi ARMAGEDOM se queda justa ya que es hasta 10gr de lance, pero al ser monotramo, siempre permite algo mas, ademas no me hace falta lanzar con mucha fuerza ya que los puntos querenciosos estan a escasos metros de donde estoy situado. Mientras se me queda justa para lanzar, me parece ideal para aplicarle movimiento al vinilo, al menos para la serie de movimientos que le aplico.

En este primer lance, siento pequeños golpes....................Son ellas, le entran pero no se clavan, algo habitual con los vinilos.......Frenada en seco, carrera y suelto.............Otro lance, dos toques, frenada, carrera y esta si que se clava. Paro la carrera pero va directa hacia unas piedras y a la mitad de la corriente por lo que disfruto plenamente de la pelea hasta que consigo sacarla...........unos 800gr

Las picadas se suceden una tras otra, casi a cada lance, consiguí poner en seco lubinas de entre 300gr y 2kg de peso pero gran parte de las que picaban, se terminaban soltando. El motivo??- que no tengo costumbre de dar cachete, algo muy importante cuando pescamos con vinilos.

En uno de los lances, pica una y mientras yo estaba dispuesto a actuar como lo habia hecho con las demas, resulta que empieza a nadar contra corriente, lo que me obliga a moverme del sitio, intento acercarla pero apenas puedo recuperar un par de metros de linea, esta no quiere salir a superficie y me esta haciendo sudar, gira y empieza a nadar con la corriente, por lo que aprovecho para agarrar la bobina de mi pequeño carrete con los dedos y frenarla un poco, de esta manera la consigo ir acercando hacia la orilla, vuelve a girar y comienza a nadar contra corriente, por lo que comienzo a recoger como un loco para no perder tensión y cuando se me da por levantar la mirada, veo que tengo la puntera de la caña a la altura del portacarretes ( increible lo que aguanta este juguete ), me arrimo y veo que unos cuatro metros bajo mis pies hay una preciosa lubina de unos 4kg deseando venir con migo para sacarnos una foto, pero la altura en la que estoy pescando y la imposibilidad de bajar lo convierten en una misión imposible, para poder sacarla, necesito llevarla a unas escaleras que se encuentran a mas de 200mts............entonces se me pasa por la cabeza el levantarla a pulso...pero tras una fraccion de segundo pensando en las consecuencias lo descarto, es entonces cuando la miro fijamente y ella me mira a mi............da un par de cabezazos y el vinilo sale disparado mientras ella se aleja tranquilamente.

La primera de la temporada 12/13 - First of seasson 12/13

Tras ver el sabado el parte metereologico y no gustarme las predicciones que daban para este Domingo por la mañana, quedo con Leon para realizar la primera salida a por lubinas de la temporada.
The Saturday After watching the meteorological predictions for this Sunday morning and not liking, I meet with Leon for the first exit for seabass for this season.

El Domingo, tras un buen desayuno, nos dirigimos a un alto para ver el estado de la mar y elegir los puntos de pesca pero nada mas arrimarnos al terreplen, parece una eleccion un tanto complicada ya que en la zona esta muy fuerte el mar.
Sunday, after a great breakfast in Maddi snack bar, we headed to a top of hill to view how was the Sea but  was very strong, which complicated the choice of fishing spot.

Una vez realizada la elección, elegimos irnos a un punto al que no voy desde hace un par de años, los dos tenemos en mente el ponernos encima de una piedra y sabemos que tendremos que esperar a que baje un poco mas la marea

Una vez aparcado el coche y preparado el equipo, bajamos el camino hasta llegar al pedrero y nos llevamos una sorpresa..................el punto en el que queriamos pescar, estaba ocupado.............a simple vista, no conocia al otro pescador pero como en los años que llevo pescando me he encontrado con mucho antipatico, no me arrimo demasiado y me coloco a unos 30mts y me pongo a lanzar a una entrada de agua en la que llega la ola rota y asi no molesto al otro pescador

Tras varios lances testando el M168 de TackleHouse y rezando para no enganchárlo en ninguna roca, oigo una voz, giro la cabeza y le veo al otro pescador caminando por las rocas con una hermosa lubina que a mi parecer rondaría los dos Kg, voy hacia él, y según  voy acercándome veo que es un conocido y gran aficionado a la pesca.

Una vez estoy a su lado, le felicito y veo que la lubina no es nada estilizada, estaba bien cebada, era de las que no pasan hambre.....tras admirarla, nos ponemos a charlar ya que hacia bastante tiempo que no nos veíamos, León no tardo en llegar y seguimos con la charla, hasta que les comente que acababan de entrar  en la zona y solo habia unos minutos para poder engañarlas y me ofreció su piedra para lanzar y se lo agradecí, pero me negué ya que pienso que tras el tiempo que se pasó insistiendo en esa piedra sin obtener capturas, ahora que las había le pertenece a él el intentar engañarlas.

Decido cambiar el señuelo y me decanto por un K2F second generetion, un señuelo que hasta antes de probarlo no entendia el porqué de su precio, pero nada mas hacer el primer lance lo entendí.
Al segundo lance, a mitad de camino frenazo y comienza a sonar el carrete......... le aprieto un poco mas el freno y la voy acercando poco a poco hasta que la consigo sacar de el agua.

No es gran cosa, no llegará al kilo y medio pero hacia tiempo que pillaba una en las piedras y tras ver 3 lulus en 5 minutos algo muy raro en mi zona, alegra el cuerpo.

I think The Immpact is most versatile, it cast me the Yurameki great and moves it to perfection, the same with smaller lures like ebikko or Furueru.

Tras unos lances de prueba y algunas capturas, llegó la prueba de fuego. Una preciosa lubina de kilo me entro al señuelo y pude disfrutar de sus carreras como nunca lo imaginaría.

After a few test hauls and some catches, came the acid test. A beautiful kilo sea bass entered to the lure and I could enjoy their careers as never imagine.

La caña se comportó como una campeona, hubo momentos que la caña estaba realmente doblada pero aguanto muy bien y trabajo el pez muy bien.

El pasado Diciembre me propuse el sacar a spinning desde costa una Lubina que tuviese como mínimo 2kg en el mes de Enero.

Dándome casi por vencido, este viernes lo he conseguido, no sin esfuerzo pues han sido innumerables las salidas y no estoy para quejarme pues tan solo han sido tres salidas en las que no he tocado escama independientemente del tamaño lo que me gusta es poder engañarlas.

Viendo que por la mañana el cielo estaba cubierto, llovía y la temperatura había bajado, le llamé a mi compañero de pesca para ir por la tarde pues esas condiciones me gustan para la pesca de la lubina. Pero al mediodía el cielo se despeja y comienza a subir la temperatura, cosa que no me hacia mucha gracia.

A las 15:30h voy al lugar donde habíamos quedado, aprovechando para ver el estado de la mar ya que se puede observar gran parte de la costa vasca.

Puede observar que las series de olas eran demasiado grandes, le calculé que rondarían los 3mts por lo que decido el lugar al que ir a pescar y nos dirigimos a las rocas

Esta ola saca a la lubina del escalón y sube tan rápido que pienso que se me ha ido la lubina, pero con el retorno se vuelve a doblar la caña y voy bajando por la plancha de rocas poco a poco para que la línea no se rompa por la tensión. Con la siguiente ola actuó igual y una vez que se retira la ola, la lubina se queda en seco, Pero es muy peligroso bajar por lo que pongo la caña apuntando hacia la lubina, y la subo arrastrándola por las rocas hasta una zona segura.

Una vez la tengo a mis pies, veo  que es larga y estilizada, una preciosidad de pez al que le calculo unos 3.5kg pero una vez la levanto, la noto ligera. La agarro de la tripa y me doy cuenta del porque. Acaba de desovar por lo que me alegro más, pues vendrá a mi casa. Una vez pesada, marco 2,410kg mucho menos de lo que me esperaba debido a su largura pero lo que cuenta es que bastante al limite pero he logrado mi objetivo, sacar una que pasara de los 2kg en el mes de Enero.

Tras acabar antes de tiempo mis quehaceres y viendo que me sobran 40minutos, rápidamente busco en que pasar el tiempo.

Uno de los motivos por los que me gusta esta pesca es que en un par de minutos ya estas preparado para realizar el primer lance.

Dudo entre dos colores del MOAB, uno blanco (uno de mis colores preferidos) y otro color sardina, pero viendo que la lubina me seguía desde la zona de agua limpia, me decanto por el color natural
